As Creative Director, Kelsey Tompkins helps shape the signature white-glove, elevated experience that clients love about Pristine Renovations. With a refined eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces, she works closely with the design team and project leaders to ensure every project feels classy, thoughtful, and seamless from start to finish.

Kelsey brings warmth, organization, and intention to everything she touches—from design collaboration and finish selections to staging, branding, and enhancing the client journey. As a devoted mother and owner of two horses, she understands the importance of creating spaces that feel personal, welcoming, and meaningful.

Her leadership elevates the Pristine brand and strengthens the company’s commitment to excellence, helping every client feel supported, understood, and excited throughout their remodeling experience.

Mya will be one of your Project Coordinators, helping keep your project organized and moving in the right direction. She manages many of the behind-the-scenes details — communicating with vendors, keeping information updated, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She’s naturally someone who is solution-oriented, which makes coordinating the moving parts of a project something she genuinely enjoys.

Mya is someone who appreciates simple, peaceful moments — spending time outdoors, relaxing with a good movie, and quiet afternoons. A huge part of her world is her cat, Goose, who brings a mix of comfort, entertainment, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. Outside of work, Mya can usually be found spending time with Goose, trying new foods, or enjoying a sunny day whenever she gets the chance.

With nearly a decade of combined real estate and new construction experience, Chris Poyner serves as the driving force behind Sales and Business Development at Pristine Renovations. As one of the first touchpoints for homeowners, Chris sets the tone for a seamless and enjoyable client experience, guiding each project with clarity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way from the very start.

Chris specializes in supporting homeowners from the initial conversation through project completion, ensuring they feel informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way. Known for his easy going personality and sense of humor, he brings a calm, upbeat presence to the remodeling process, proving that most challenges can be solved with a smile or laugh, a can do attitude, and disciplined follow through.

When he is not connecting with clients or shaping the project pipeline, Chris can be found on the golf course, at the gym, or spending time with his wife and their Chow Chow. He is guided by a simple philosophy that reflects both his personality and his work ethic: “Best to take the moment present, as a present for the moment.

With over two decades of medical sales and management experience throughout the Central Florida market, Zach Michels brings proven leadership and a results-driven approach to the Sales team at Pristine Renovations. He also carries a background in construction, giving him a practical understanding of the renovation process and what it takes to guide clients through it with confidence.

Zach calls Orlando, Florida home, where he resides with his wife and four children. His deep roots in the community and his experience building lasting client relationships make him a natural fit for helping homeowners feel informed and supported from their first conversation with Pristine.

Elliot will be one of your Project Managers at Pristine. He oversees each project from the moment design concludes through the final walkthrough, making sure every detail of the vision you’ve developed with the design team is fully brought to life. He also collaborates with the designers in the early planning stages to ensure that every concept is both exciting and realistically buildable.

Once construction is underway, Elliot is on site daily—coordinating subcontractors, tracking progress, and inspecting work as it’s completed. He serves as the primary point of contact throughout the process, ready to answer questions, address concerns, and keep everything moving smoothly from start to finish.

He has a long-standing passion for high-end residential construction and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, detail-driven work. He enjoys pushing creative boundaries and strives to craft spaces that feel unique and intentional. Outside the job, Elliot spends his time working out, woodworking, and enjoying the outdoors.

When a project is in Alcides' hands, clients can breathe easily. With over 25 years in construction and a PMP certification backing every decision he makes, Alcides knows how to keep projects on track, on budget, and free of the surprises that make projects stressful.

As Pristine's Construction Project Manager for Central Florida, he's the person connecting every moving part: subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and people, so that what was planned on paper becomes exactly what gets built. He brings structure to complexity and clarity to every conversation along the way.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish means he communicates naturally with everyone on the team, keeping the whole project in sync from start to finish.

Away from work, Alcides has fully embraced the Florida lifestyle, whether he's watching baseball or soccer games with his family or enjoying time at home with his wife, son, and daughter. He puts down roots wherever he goes, and his clients feel that same steadiness on every project.

Nathan will be one of your Project Managers at Pristine. He oversees projects across their full lifecycle — from the early planning stages through final walkthrough — making sure every scope, schedule, and subcontractor is aligned with the vision you’ve set from day one. He works closely with the design and ownership teams during preconstruction to ensure plans are practical, well-coordinated, and built for a smooth execution.

Once work is underway, Nathan is in the field daily — managing subcontractors, tracking progress across all trades, and inspecting completed work to make sure quality never takes a back seat to schedule. He serves as the primary point of contact throughout the project, keeping communication clear, issues resolved quickly, and the job moving forward without surprises.

He brings over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction across North Florida, with deep expertise in complex renovation projects, assisted living facilities, and multi-building scopes. Before entering the construction industry, Nathan served 12 years in the U.S. Air Force — an experience that shaped his discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right. He takes pride in running organized, accountable job sites and finds real satisfaction in handing over a finished space that reflects the care put into every phase. Outside the job, he enjoys photography, drone work, and exploring what Jacksonville and the surrounding area have to offer.

Karli is one of the people helping keep day-to-day operations at Pristine running smoothly. As the Office Assistant, she helps support the team behind the scenes by keeping supplies organized, coordinating vendor needs, managing common office areas, and making sure the little details don't get overlooked. She also assists with social media content and daily marketing efforts, helping showcase projects and keep clients connected to the work happening at Pristine. Her ability to stay organized, adaptable, and team-oriented makes her an important part of keeping everything moving efficiently.

Outside of work, Karli enjoys spending time with family and friends, finding creative outlets, and making the most of life's simple moments. Whether it's enjoying a sunny afternoon, discovering new places, or unwinding with good music, she values balance and meaningful experiences. She brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others into everything she does.
